Leszek Sałamacha

Dr. Leszek Sałamacha is a researcher at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Lublin University of Technology, where he contributes to innovative projects at the intersection of technology, culture, and accessibility.

His research centers on applying computer science to societal challenges, including the digital preservation of cultural heritage, movement analysis in contemporary dance, and developing assistive technologies for the visually impaired through 3D modeling and digital twins. He is actively involved in the "Healthy Society" thematic group and has participated in international scientific expeditions, such as the 10th Scientific Expedition to Central Asia, focusing on digitizing cultural assets in Uzbekistan.
