Lester F. Alexander III is the John Glynn Endowed Professor and Professor of Practice in the Finance and Strategy, Ethics & Entrepreneurship areas at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He combines academic expertise with extensive experience as a venture capital investor, corporate executive, and investment banker. His research and teaching focus on venture capital, entrepreneurship, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions.

Research Interests: Alexander specializes in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, private equity strategies, and ethical considerations in business. His work bridges academic theory with practical applications in corporate governance and strategic finance.
