Leslie Connell

Leslie Connell is a Senior Instructor in the Integrated Business program at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. She serves as Lead Faculty for the Integrated Business Foundations course and holds an MBA with specialization in Accounting from UCF. With over 20 years of teaching experience in management-related subjects, Ms. Connell maintains active connections to the business community through her advisory role with the Florida Small Business Development Center and independent consulting projects for organizations including the Jacksonville Jaguars and City of Oviedo.

Her teaching focuses on organizational behavior, business ethics and social responsibility, management of organizations, and strategic management. Before her academic career, she gained professional experience in urban planning, accounting, and small business management.
