Leslie Berger is an Associate Professor and Lazaridis Research Chair in Business & Economics (Tier I) at Wilfrid Laurier University's Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. Her research focuses on performance management, incentive designs, whistleblowing dynamics, knowledge sharing, and tax policy behavior. She explores how organizational structures influence ethical decision-making and employee motivation in complex environments.
Her recent work examines tax whistleblowing programs' efficacy, the impact of empathetic managerial adjustments during crises, and the substitution effects between tax savings vehicles like TFSAs and RRSPs. Berger's studies often blend behavioral economics with organizational behavior to address real-world challenges in fiscal compliance and workplace dynamics.
