Leroy Gonsalves is an Assistant Professor of Management & Organizations at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Business School and teaches courses on People Analytics across undergraduate, MBA, and MSBA programs.
