Leping Liu, Ph.D., is a Professor of Quantitative Methods & Learning Sciences at the University of Nevada, Reno, within the College of Education and Human Development. Her expertise spans educational technology, online learning assessment, and quantitative research methodologies, with a focus on technology integration in teaching and learning. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Information Technology in Education and Secondary Education from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Her recent research explores virtual reality in education, social presence in digital discussions, and micro-learning content design. She has published extensively on statistical analysis in educational contexts, online course accessibility, and technology’s role in K-12 and higher education.
