Leonidas Koutsougeras is an Associate Professor (Reader) in Economics at the University of Manchester since 1997. His research focuses on Economic Theory, General Equilibrium, Financial Economics, and Asymmetric Information. He holds a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1994) and has held visiting positions at CORE (Belgium), CentER (Tiburg University), and the University of Copenhagen. He has served on EU FP6/7/Horizon2020 review panels.
