He analyzes legislative practices, judicial compliance, and technological frameworks to assess risks and opportunities, with a policy-oriented goal of developing implementation guidelines for democratic integrity.

His publications address e-voting cybersecurity, electoral law reform, digital governance, and comparative studies of European political systems. Recent works focus on voter trust repair mechanisms and the legacy of war on electoral competition in Southeast Europe.
