Leni Grünbaum is a doctoral candidate and visitor faculty member in the Department of Management Studies at Aalto University. Her research focuses on relationality, sociomateriality, and affect, particularly in contexts of collective leadership, embodied practices, and artistic interventions in management education. She holds a doctoral degree in Management Studies (awarded May 2025) alongside earlier qualifications from Aalto University and the Helsinki School of Economics.
Grünbaum's external roles include coaching at Pilke kehitys and conducting playback theatre with the collective Silta. Her work intersects with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and organizational ethics.
