Lenard Kramp is a Researcher at the Chair of Didactics of Social Sciences, University of Trier since 2021. He holds a Master of Arts in History and Archaeology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Art History from the University of Cologne. His research focuses on educational history, teacher training history, LGBTQ+ history, and architectural history.
He has presented at conferences such as the 2022 Interdisciplinary Online Conference on social studies pedagogy and the 2021 Saarbrücken workshop on 1970s homosexual relationships. His teaching includes courses on ancient history pedagogy, teacher education history, and diversity-sensitive history teaching.
Awarded the Friedrich Ebert Foundation scholarship (2018-2020), Kramp serves on the board of the Center for Gay History and edits the journal HIStory. He is also affiliated with the Bergisches Geschichtsverein and the Association for Homosexuality and History.
