Lena Andersson works as a Clinical Lecturer at Linköping University, bridging the Occupational Therapy Program and Region Östergötland. Her role focuses on Workplace-Based Training (VFU) coordination, quality assurance for clinical education, and teaching in the 180-credit Occupational Therapy Program, including basic group supervision and skills training at Clinicum.
She is affiliated with the Department of Health, Medicine and Caring Sciences (HMV) and its Division of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Community Medicine (PRNV), which integrates occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and clinical medicine units. Her responsibilities include supporting supervisors in clinical settings and enhancing educational practices.
