Leila Momenzadeh

Dr. Leila Momenzadeh is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Engineering at the University of Newcastle, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Her research focuses on thermal transport phenomena in materials, with expertise in molecular dynamics simulation, numerical modeling, and the thermodynamics of metals, alloys, and ceramics. She holds a PhD from the University of Newcastle and has a strong publication record in high-impact journals.

She has contributed to studies on energy storage materials and thermal management systems.

Publications: Her recent work includes studies on doped lanthanum gallate (LSGM), gadolinia-doped ceria, and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), focusing on thermal/ionic conductivity and thermotransport. These studies align with her broader goal of advancing materials for energy applications.
