Lee P. Shulman is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Clinical Genetics) at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy. He serves as Medical Director of Insight Medical Genetics and Reproductive Genetics Innovations and Treasurer of the International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis.
Dr. Shulman earned his MD from Cornell University Medical College (1983) with postgraduate training including Obstetrics/Gynecology internship at North Shore University Hospital (1984), residency at North Shore University Hospital, New York (1987), and Reproductive Genetics fellowship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center (1989).

Recent publications address folic acid deficiency prevention, COVID-19 treatments in pregnancy, and dydrogesterone pharmacovigilance, highlighting his focus on bridging clinical practice with reproductive genetics research.
