Lee Kucera

Lee Kucera is a Statistics Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine since 2015. Previously, she served as Mathematics Department Chair at Capistrano Valley High School, teaching AP Statistics and IB Math Studies. She retired from high school teaching and has been a College Board consultant since 2001, presenting workshops and training institutes for AP Statistics educators across the U.S. and internationally.

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes linking statistical concepts to real-world issues like voting, ecology, and product testing to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
