Lee Hargraves

Lee Hargraves, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and an adjunct professor at UMass Amherst's School of Public Health. He serves as Interim Director of the Center for Survey Research at UMass Boston, where he holds an hourly research fellow title.

Over 25 years, Dr. Hargraves has led survey development for health care assessment in ambulatory care, inpatient care, cancer, and rehabilitation. He co-investigated the CAHPS® project at Harvard and Yale and directed CMS-related surveys for Qualified Health Plans.
