Dr. Leda Stawnychko is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Organizational Theory at Mount Royal University’s Bissett School of Business, with adjunct roles at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and Cumming School of Medicine. She holds a PhD in Leadership from the University of Calgary and over 25 years of leadership experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors. Her research focuses on leadership development, organizational performance, and transformative learning, emphasizing strategic social networks and mentorship in academic leadership.
