Leanne Gibbs is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at Charles Sturt University, teaching across Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5), Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary), and Master of Education programs. With over two decades of experience spanning teaching, leadership, public policy, and sector-wide reform, she brings real-world expertise to academic practice.
