Dr. Leann Kaiser is an Associate Professor in the Adult Education and Training program at Colorado State University’s College of Health and Human Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Adult and Post-Secondary Education from the University of Wyoming, alongside a B.S. in Outdoor Education from the University of Wyoming and an M.S. in Outdoor Education from Arizona State University.
Research Interests: Dr. Kaiser specializes in distance education, focusing on inclusive practices, online facilitation, and the design of digital learning environments. Her work explores learning transfer, blended learning models, and strategies to enhance educational experiences for adult learners.
Recent Publications: Her recent studies investigate distributed practice in low-stakes quizzes, flipped classroom applications, and post-pandemic instructional shifts. These align with her broader expertise in adult education technology and inclusive pedagogy.
