Leander van der Meij is an Assistant Professor at the Human Performance Management group, Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences (IE&IS), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). His research integrates physiological indicators (e.g., hormones) with psychological metrics (e.g., burnout) to study employee health and work performance under stress.
