Leah R. Gerber is a Professor of Conservation Science at Arizona State University and a Visiting Fellow at the Oxford Martin Programme on Biodiversity and Society. She founded and directs the Center for Biodiversity Outcomes (CBO), focusing on bridging science, policy, and action to protect global biodiversity.

Leah holds a PhD in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Washington and leads educational initiatives like the Graduate Certificate in Environmental Communication and Leadership, training future conservation leaders through hands-on experiences and multi-stakeholder engagement.
