Lawrence Hirsch, MD, is a Professor of Neurology at Yale University School of Medicine, serving as Chief of the Division of Epilepsy and EEG, Co-Director of the Yale Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, and Co-Director of the Critical Care EEG Monitoring Program. He holds leadership roles in epilepsy research and clinical care, focusing on EEG monitoring in critically ill patients, status epilepticus, and epilepsy surgery. His research spans over 250 publications and includes contributions to the development of the Atlas of EEG in Critical Care.
