Dr. Laurie Rosner is Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for the School of Management & Technology and for Graduate & Doctoral Business Programs at Bay Path University. She leads a wide range of graduate business programs, including the MBA, DBA in Quality Systems & Improvement Management, and several specialized master’s programs in business, human resources, and management. She earned her doctorate in management from Pace University and is a double alumna of Bay Path University, holding both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business.
Her research focuses on narratives and their role in shaping cognitive, affective, and narrative engagement in strategic actions within organizational settings.
