Lauren Hart Rollins

Dr. Lauren Hart Rollins is Assistant Professor and Special Education Graduate Program Coordinator at University of West Georgia's College of Education. She earned her PhD in Special Education from the University of Alabama, building on her experience teaching elementary students with moderate-to-severe autism spectrum disorders and emotional/behavioral concerns.

Her research examines:

• Tier 2-3 academic and behavioral interventions
• Self-regulation strategies for students with disabilities
• Special education teacher preparation effectiveness
• Teacher burnout prevention and well-being
• Classroom management techniques

She maintains active school consultation partnerships supporting students with severe emotional/behavioral challenges and contributes to curriculum development for severe disabilities programs.
