Lauren E. Brdecka is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University's Department of Clinical Psychology and an Affiliate Faculty member at Northwestern University's Neuroscience Integration Lab. She specializes in trauma, dissociation, and Brainspotting, with a focus on integrating neuroscience into clinical practice.

Her research bridges neuroscience and trauma therapy, particularly through Brainspotting techniques.
