Lauren Bullock, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Temple University’s Lew Klein College of Media and Communication, Department of Advertising and Public Relations. She serves as Director of Sports Media and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership communication, public relations, and organizational change. With over 15 years of experience in leadership education and athletics, her work bridges communication theory and sports media practice.
- Education: Ph.D. in Leadership and Change (Antioch University), M.S. in Sport Administration (Florida State University), B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management (Temple University).
Her research focuses on leadership communication within sports, media, and higher education. Her dissertation explored faculty experiences in fostering positive interactions during the pandemic. She emphasizes strategic communication, strengths-based education, and diversity leadership in her work.
