Lauren Block

Lauren Block, MD, MPH is a Professor in the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University, holding dual appointments in the Departments of Medicine and Science Education. She serves as Director of Fellowship Education at Northwell Health in both Medicine and Science Education. Her expertise lies in interprofessional education, trainee wellness, and curriculum development. She actively teaches epidemiology, clinical reasoning, and communication skills, while maintaining a primary care practice and supervising residents.
