Laura Zoni is an Adjunct Professor at SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Full Professor at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in the Faculty of Economics and Law. She teaches in programs such as the Executive MBA, Global Executive MBA, Master in Fashion and Design (MAFED), and Master in Corporate Finance (MCF). Her research focuses on performance evaluation and incentives, management accounting system change, organizational change, and Integrated Reporting (IR).
Her academic work spans Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ESG mechanisms, budgeting processes, and value creation in finance. She has been recognized with awards like the Emerald Literati Highly Commended Award (2008) and Research Award from Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (2013). Laura has also contributed to the digitalization of enterprises and innovation in business communication.
Current research trends in her work include the interplay between CSR and incentives, ESG-based executive compensation, and the methodological evolution of budgeting.
