Laura Zanetti is an Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University and a Research Fellow at the Baffi Research Centre. She currently serves as the Director of the Bachelor of Economics and Finance program and formerly held the Director role for the Master of Science in Finance program.
Dr. Zanetti earned her degree magna cum laude from Bocconi University. She has also been a Visiting Scholar at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Her research focuses on corporate finance, valuation, corporate governance, and ESG value drivers. Her academic work includes authored books and articles addressing financial modeling, market dynamics, and governance challenges in corporate finance.
Her selected publications span topics such as corporate valuation models, capital structure calculations, private equity valuation, and legal aspects of mergers & acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on empirical case studies and cross-cultural financial analysis.
Her professional credentials include Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor certifications. She also serves on the board of leading companies.
