Laura Winkens

Laura Winkens is an Assistant Professor at Wageningen University & Research within the Consumption and Healthy Lifestyles department. Her work focuses on dietary behavior, sustainable diets, and health interventions, particularly in adolescent populations and chronic disease contexts.
