Laura Palczynski

Laura Palczynski is a Research Fellow in the Department of Agriculture and Environment at Harper Adams University. She holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD, and her work focuses on bridging science and agricultural practice through transdisciplinary collaboration.

Her research emphasizes improving farm practices via multistakeholder engagement, particularly in dairy calf welfare and technology integration. She chairs the Calf Action Network, fostering collaboration between researchers and farmers, and serves as Industry Link Officer for the Animal Welfare Research Network (AWRN).
