Laura Munoz

Dr. Laura Munoz is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Gupta College of Business, University of Dallas. She holds a PhD in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas of the Rio Grande Valley (formerly UT Pan American) and has completed advanced training at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Her expertise spans professional selling, channels of distribution, entrepreneurship, and pedagogy. She actively coaches national sales competition teams and co-authored the textbook "Introduction to Business: Best Practices and Emerging Trends".

Dr. Munoz has over 40 peer-reviewed conference papers and publications in leading journals like Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. Her research focuses on sales ethics, customer satisfaction in AI applications, and educational service recovery frameworks. She maintains a dual role as a consultant and keynote speaker for national/international companies.
