Laura Lechuga Gómez

Dr. Laura Lechuga Gómez is a CSIC Research Professor and Group Leader at the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2), focusing on NanoBiosensors and Bioanalytical Applications. Her research emphasizes plasmonic and photonic biosensors for clinical, biomedical, and environmental diagnostics. Key projects include label-free detection of pathogens, autoimmune markers, and environmental pollutants. She leads an interdisciplinary team advancing point-of-care platforms for conditions such as tuberculosis, cancer, and preeclampsia.
