Laura Lamming is a Research Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire’s School of Life and Medical Sciences, affiliated with the Public Health and Applied Behaviour Change Laboratory. She currently works with NIHR PHIRST Connect, contributing to national public health research initiatives.

With 15+ years in applied public health research, Laura’s work spans:
- Interventions for medication adherence, physical activity, and diet in primary/community settings
- Evaluations of hospital quality improvement programs

Her research outputs emphasize mixed-methods evaluations of public health programs, with recent focus on Green Health Prescriptions, community champion models, and adult social care systems.
