Laura Iacorossi

Laura Iacorossi is an RTT Researcher of General, Clinical, and Pediatric Nursing Sciences at Link Campus University in Rome, affiliated with the Department of Life Sciences, Health and Health Professions. She holds a PhD in Nursing Science and Public Health from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Previously, she served as a Research Fellow at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) from 2018–2021, contributing to clinical guidelines for trauma management and palliative care. She teaches Nursing Science at Sapienza University of Rome and Preventive and Community Nursing at the Catholic University "Sacro Cuore," while coordinating research programs and master’s courses in research methodologies.

Her expertise spans oncology nursing, healthcare quality assurance, and therapeutic education in patient-caregiver dyads. She actively collaborates with organizations like the European Nurse Directors Association (ENDA), the Italian Society of Neurology (SIN), and the Italian Society of Palliative Care (SICP). She coordinates research projects and serves on editorial and scientific committees, including the NSC Nursing journal at OPI Naples. Her work emphasizes evidence-based practices in oncology, palliative care, and clinical guideline development.

Laura Iacorossi is a member of the Oncology Commission of the Rome Provincial Order of Physicians and collaborates with the "Nursing Research Unit IFO" and the Lazio Region’s ProMIS program. She oversees research initiatives and quality assurance protocols, reflecting her commitment to advancing nursing science and healthcare delivery.
