Laura Hope-Gill is an Associate Professor of Writing at Lenoir-Rhyne University and Director of the Thomas Wolfe Center for Narrative in Asheville, North Carolina. She also serves as president of the Thomas Wolfe Memorial Advisory Board and board member of the Thomas Wolfe Society.
Her educational background includes:

Hope-Gill's research integrates Poetry, Creative Nonfiction, and Architectural History, with deep engagement in Appalachian cultural heritage.
