Dr. Laura Gramling serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Oklahoma Baptist University since 2017. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) from Frontier State University, a Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) from Midwestern State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Her clinical expertise spans hospice care, pulmonology, cardiology, medical surgical nursing, and maternal-newborn care. She is particularly passionate about geriatric care and cross-cultural healthcare for vulnerable populations. Dr. Gramling teaches courses such as Maternal–Newborn Mental Health and Holistic Health Assessment, emphasizing skills for modern healthcare environments.
Professional memberships include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN). She is a Certified Nurse Educator and maintains certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
