Laura Clark Fey

Laura Clark Fey is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Kansas School of Law, specializing in Global Data Protection Law. She leads Fey LLC, a global law firm focusing on data privacy and information governance. Formerly a U.S. Department of Justice attorney, she advises organizations on privacy challenges and compliance. She holds certifications as a Certified U.S. and European Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). Fey is part of the inaugural class of IAPP Fellows of Information Privacy (FIP) and serves as an arbitrator for the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
