Laura Capitán Moyano

Laura Capitán Moyano is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy at the University of the Balearic Islands. She is also a doctoral candidate in the PhD program in Global Health, Health Services, and Social and Healthcare, focusing on food insecurity in adolescents. Her research emphasizes global health, health inequities, and community-based participatory methodologies.

Her clinical experience centers on pediatric care, particularly in neonatal critical care units.
