Lara Marie Miele is a Tutor at the Faculty of Sociology, Department 4 - Politics and Society, and an Academic and Student Assistant at the Faculty of Linguistics and Literary Studies, both at Bielefeld University. She is actively involved in teaching and research related to societal dynamics, individualization, and uncertainty under the university's strategic research area The Changing World.
Her research interests align with interdisciplinary studies of social systems, individualization processes, and the impacts of uncertainty in dynamic environments. She contributes to collaborative projects such as InChangE: Individualisation in Changing Environments and CRC-TRR 212, focusing on niche choice and societal transformation.
