Dr. Landon Kuester is a Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Manchester. Dr. Kuester's work examines how marginalized populations navigate institutional structures, with emphasis on agency negotiation in restrictive environments. His 2021 book explores HIV management in US prisons, analyzing rights advocacy and resource allocation strategies among incarcerated individuals.
