LUIS MARIA CID REY

Luis Maria Cid Rey is a Researcher at the University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Department of Physical Chemistry within the Faculty of Pharmacy. His research focuses on physicochemical phenomena at surfaces and biointerfaces, particularly involving pharmaceutical-relevant colloidal systems.

He completed his Doctorate in 1982 with the thesis Surface behavior of mixtures of cholesterol and phospholipids in relation to the modifications produced by polymerized silicic acid, supervised by Dr. José Miñones Trillo.

He contributed to the BIOINTERFAR research group, investigating physicochemical properties of surfaces and colloidal systems with pharmaceutical applications.
