LI Jia is a full-time faculty member at Singapore Management University (SMU), serving as Dean of the School of Economics and holding the Lee Kong Chian Professorship in Economics. He also maintains a courtesy appointment at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business.
- Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University (2011)
- M.A. in Economics from Peking University (2006)
- Dual B.S. and B.A. in Economics from Peking University (2003)
His research focuses span econometric theory, financial econometrics, and macro-econometrics, with expertise in applied statistics and empirical analysis. He leads econometric research at SMU's Urban Institute.
