LARA MARIA MUNIN SANCHEZ

LARA MARIA MUNIN SANCHEZ is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Public and Company Law at the Faculty of Labor Relations, University of Santiago de Compostela. She is affiliated with the Institute of Studies and Development of Galicia (IDEGA) and part of the research group GI-EA Business and Administration.

• Education: Doctorate in Law from the University of A Coruña (2010), with the thesis "Los derechos colectivos del juez: a study of positive law compared, European and North American, with Spanish positive law", directed by Dr. Alberto Arufe Varela and Dr. Jesus Martinez Girón.

Her research focuses on Labor and Social Security Law, with an emphasis on comparative legal analysis across European, North American, and Spanish frameworks. She contributes to academic collaboration through her work at IDEGA and interdisciplinary projects under the GI-EA Business and Administration group.
