L.G. (Ina) Horlings

Prof. Dr. L.G. (Ina) Horlings is a Full Professor of Socio-Spatial Planning at the Faculty of Spatial Sciences, University of Groningen. Her work focuses on sustainability, climate adaptation, and community-driven spatial development. She holds an adjunct professorship since 2016 and has held prior roles at Wageningen University, Cardiff University, and the Telos Centre for Sustainability.
