L. Brian Perkins is an Associate Professor at the University of Maine, affiliated with the School of Food and Agriculture and the Maine Agricultural and Forest Experiment Station. His work focuses on analytical method development for detecting bioactives and naturally occurring toxins in food, with expertise in chromatography (HPLC, UPLC, GC) and brewing chemistry.
- He teaches courses in Food and Nutrition, Brewing with Food Science, and Food Analysis.
