L. Allen Garcie, Jr.

L. Allen Garcie, Jr., a full-time Associate Professor at Louisiana State University Shreveport, specializes in Arts & Media since joining in 2002. He holds advanced degrees in multiple disciplines, including a Master of Arts, Master of Education, and Master of Fine Arts.

His research focuses broadly on Digital Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Art Education, and Interactive Media. These areas align with his teaching and creative practice in the Department of Arts & Media.
