Kyrill-A. SCHWARZ

Prof. Dr. Kyrill-A. Schwarz is a Professor of Public Law at the University of Würzburg's Faculty of Law since 2010, also holding a visiting professorship at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul since 2020. He studied law at the Free University of Berlin and Georg-August-University of Göttingen, completing his doctorate (1995) and habilitation (2001) on constitutional law topics.
