Kylie Swanson, PhD is an Associate Professor and Acting Department Chair in the Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She specializes in Elementary Science Education and serves as the Elementary Education Program Coordinator in the College of Education. Her research focuses on Informal STEM Education, teacher professional development, and pre-service teacher self-efficacy. Dr. Swanson received her PhD in Science Education from North Carolina State University (2017), with a dissertation on teacher-coach teams in STEM after-school programs.
