Kylie Rice

Kylie Rice is Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology at the University of New England's Faculty of Medicine and Health, serving as Academic Lead for Pedagogical Research and HDR Co-Ordinator for the School of Psychology. With a focus on competency assessment and rural healthcare, she received the 2023 Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning and 2024 Australian Award for University Teaching for developing Australia's first simulated psychology placement program.

• Leading developer of the Competencies of Professional Psychology Rating (COPPR) scales
• Conducted extensive research on telehealth in rural mental health
• Created the Informal Supporter Readiness Inventory (ISRI) for IPV support assessment
