معرفی
Kylee Rebecca Goode is a Teaching and Research Fellow at the School of Chemical Engineering, University of Birmingham. Her expertise spans FMCG process engineering, fouling and cleaning technologies, yeast fermentation, and adhesion mechanisms. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry (2006) and an EngD in Formulation Engineering (2010), funded by EPSRC/TSB under the ZEAL project. Her work bridges academia and industry, focusing on sustainable manufacturing and process optimization. She has contributed to projects like ZEAL (2006), EXCIL (2010), and RIP (2015), winning a best paper award in 2010.
- Education:
- BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, University of Birmingham (2006)
- EngD in Formulation Engineering (2010), focusing on yeast fouling and CIP systems
Research interests include novel dough processing, low-adhesion technologies, microbial cleaning, and energy reduction in FMCG plants. She developed a cleaning KPI tool commercialized by Ecolab. Kylee has supervised multiple EngD/PhD students and coordinates modules like Biopharmaceutical Plant Design. Awards include HEA Associate status and IChemE membership.
